Blacks everywhere will be celebrating this weekend. They’ll be eating barbecue chicken, getting drunk, listening to shitty music blaring from car stereos, smoking weed and living the good life.
I don’t have a problem with niggers celebrating independence day with us Whites but they shouldn’t celebrate for the same reasons.
You should all thank your God that our naive ancestors brought your shitty race here so that you can feed off of us and while you celebrate The Fourth just imagine what your life would be like if it wasn’t for the White Man.
Imagine how hungry and poor you’d be in Africa while the fireworks are going off.
Imagine being raped and sodomized by rebel guerillas instead of eating bbq chicken and drinking kool-aid.
Imagine dying of AIDS and having a guinea worm burrowing out the side of your head while you listen to your rap music this holiday.
Imagine needing to spread dried up feces on your face to keep the flies off and taking a bath in cow urine while you’re swimming in the pool.
Imagine having to dig your food out of a trash pile while you’re chomping into that juicy watermelon.
Imagine having to make your shoes out of pop bottles when you put on your nikes and brand new clothes.
Imagine fighting to get a bag of rice off of a truck to feed your family while you cash in your food stamps to buy alcohol and steaks.
Then remember that you owe everything you have at that moment to the White man…especially your independence from poverty, war and suffering.

Hey mel affirmative action was approved by a white administration and pretty much dismantled in most federal work places. The whining from the white community ended the programs in workplaces receiving federal funding this is the only area where affirmitive action ever applied. Also in a majority white country most whites will compete with other whites for available jobs period not minorities even if this program was still in force. Mel check you facts and then get back too us before you start crying about being cut out of jobs due too government programs. I must ask you Mel how would know what educated blacks do amongst their own remember you are not black. I am sure I have observed alot more whites interacting and being ignorant in groups than the other way around.

To set the record straight: “affirmative action” policies are typically voluntary programs initiated by private companies. It is NOT limited to the federal government / government contractors. AA means different things to different organizations but inevitably it involves some form of discrimination on the basis of race and not ability.
In my experience working for private companies AA does not usually entail explicit hiring quotas but black candidates definitely get the first chance at jobs, promotions, project choice, etc. At my company I’ve noticed that the few black employees we have get any training courses they want while for white candidates the funding spigot seems to run dry.

Anyone who’s ever been part of a corporate environment will inevitably see AA in place. I for one saw it in at least 3 or 4 circumstances during the short time I worked in corporate america.
I witnessed the extreme difference in the way supervisors treated blacks and whites when they didn’t perform. Whites were yelled at and blacks were given special treatment.
Blacks were given less work because it was obvious they were incapable of performing harder tasks which required a lot of critical thinking.

To add to power_series and even mrcdccc in his affirmative action denial; In the contracting industry I have seen plenty of blacks get jobs because of the color of their skin. Generally speaking the bigger the job the more broom pushing niggers who don’t push a broom at all you will have on the job. I have seen a fairly large white contractor hire about 20 niggers to work from noon to quiting time to fill his quota. At first I thought he was crazy paying 20 apes to stand around and basically do nothing but then I relized he had done this many times before. What he was probably doing was filling his quota three days or so before he would get his draw. Basically he was getting his paperwork in order to make sure he got paid. Not a bad idea considering he was waiting only three days to get his money and probably din’t have to pay the blacks for 7 days!
The greatest affirmative action in construction however comes from the contracts themselves. I laugh when I see the supreme court saying UofM can’t let people in on the basis of race and blacks get all up in arms. In construction they require that the contracts be awarded to minority business and they don’t play around because once the job is over the money for blacks to steal is gone so they don’t have time for any long term diversity program. Sometimes the blacks are the general contractor but usually they sub work off a responsible white contractor. There are even what you might call general subcontractors who sub a part of the general contract off the responsible white GC. When you drive by a site and see the sign of a reputable white GC you will often see asecond sign of some other GC, that would be what I call a minority general subcontractor. The key is that the white contractor is ultimately responsible for all work being completed. He expects the minority to complete it and within the minority framework if the minority doesn’t complete the work he will get a bad minority reputation and not get another minority job. Sometimes the deal is even sweeter than that and if the minority is politically connected at all he can a mudflap for years and years.
So mrcdccc that is life in the real world but I am not bitter even though the nigger not onlycomes before me but is ten times more worthless than me. No it doesn’t bother me because ultimately if it did I would be just another worthless bitch, just like all of your people are.

Here’s the real story of Independence Day:
I am a black female. No children. I don’t drink, or smoke, or do drugs. In fact, I’ve never even tried any of those things. When other children were “experimenting”, I was studying, getting good grades, and participating in a leadership capacity in student government.
Today, I live and work in diverse areas. I am a manager in a white owned business. I started in an entry level job, worked hard over the years, and received numerous promotions. No handouts, no welfare, no affirmative action; couldn’t afford college.
Rap music isn’t my thing; R&B, jazz, some classical and some country is more to my liking. Love “The Simpsons”, “King of The Hill”, PBS, and everything in between.
I’m not defined by, or limited by, labels, or pre-conceived notions.
My parents and grandparents are from the South. They experienced tough conditions, back in an era when discrimination and segregation was legal. Nevertheless, I was raised not to see people as a “color”. I was raised to see people as people; each individual, for who and what they are. Growing up, on the west side of Detroit, I had wonderful experiences, interacting with people of different races, cultures and faiths. My life is much richer for the experiences I’ve had, and continue to have to this day.
I’m grateful that I have a family that had enough insight, that they could past race as a barrier, so that I didn’t grow up with hate and bitterness in my heart.
So, as I celebrate Independence Day, it will be independent of hate, ignorance, mean spiritedness and animosity toward anyone I don’t even know.
The reality is that no race is perfect. There is good, and bad, in ALL races. Black, white, etc. We can all fall short of what we should be, and we can all strive to be better.
God made the supreme sacifice, and all He asked of us in return was just to love each other. It’s that simple.
Now, on to having a great day, with good-hearted family and friends!

Went to fireworks lastnight in a upper class white township in the area where houses are no less than 250k and many are in the millions. Had a couple niggers stand in front of my car as I was trying to leave so I couldn’t go anywhere. Beefstick, Interesting as I had the exact same experience at the Taste of Minnesota in downtown St. Paul. Roving bands of black hoodlums with no money and no reason to even be there. Just taking up space and giving the police department a reason to allow overtime for a bunch of guys. Once the sun went down various fights broke out between the various nigger factions and the cops had to move in with mace and horse mounted police for crowd control. Touching on the sports thing…
I thought it was funny at the end of last NFL season they (Sportcenter) were talking about how two of the most dominant teams in the league (Pats and Colts) have the most White players.
I have seen White players in college and HS with better verticals and faster 40 times get passed up because of the racism against White athletes.
